1. The composition of the medical door body:

 

Medical doors are the subject parts of medical automatic doors. Due to the planar and three-dimensional features of various types of medical doors, there are two methods for constructing medical doors, namely, the planar composition method and the three-dimensional composition method.

 

(1) Plane composition method of medical door.

 

Plane composition method is to create the shape elements of the medical door body into a two-dimensional space according to certain rules and principles. The basic method of the plane composition method is repeated composition. There are two ways to repeat the composition:

 

1) Basically repeated. Always use the same basic graphics in the design.

 

2) The skeleton is repeated. In the design, the horizontal and vertical skeleton units of the medical door are reused. The simple and commonly used one is the square. It consists of equidistant vertical and horizontal lines. The following changes can be made on the basis of the square skeleton:

 

a. The change in width and the ratio of width to narrow makes the square frame into a rectangular frame.

 

b. Change of direction. The horizontal or vertical direction of the repeating skeleton unit is inclined, and the skeleton remains parallel.

 

c. Move in rows and columns. Keep one skeleton unit in a vertical or horizontal state, and the other unit moves regularly or irregularly, making the skeleton into a stepped shape.

 

d. Skeleton, unit reflection. The direction of the skeleton can be staggered and repeated to form the reflection between the rows and columns. When reflecting, the edges of the skeleton should be directly parallel.

 

e. Combination of skeleton units.

 

3) In the design of the medical door body, the repetition of the basic model and the skeleton is used to form a two-dimensional space medical door body structure.

 

(2) The three-dimensional structure of the medical door.

 

Three-dimensional design constitutes a form, unlike a flat design constitutes a shape. 1, plane geometry.

二. Driving device and transmission mechanism

 

 The driving device of the medical automatic door is composed of an electric motor and a reducer or an electric motor and a hydraulic system. From the driving device to the movement of the medical door, there must be a transmission mechanism in the middle, and the reducer is a part of the transmission mechanism. At present, most of the reducer and the motor have been connected into a whole to become a geared motor, which will simplify the equipment and easily achieve standardization and miniaturization. In addition to the reducer, the transmission mechanism must be designed according to specific needs. The transmission mechanism can be gear transmission, chain transmission, or synchronous belt transmission.

 

三. Control and sensor detection device

 

The controller is a control device with a microcomputer as the main body. It receives the signal from the detection sensor and makes the driving device work to complete the opening and closing of the medical door. Special rubber seals are installed around the movable door of the ward door, which can be reliably attached to the door frame when the door is closed to ensure the air-tight performance of the door. The sensor is a device or device that automatically detects the human body or transmits the detection signal to the controller through manual operation.
