1. Before installing the electric sliding door of the hospital, do the following first:

2. Determine the opening direction, and there must be enough running space on the side that opens.

3. Check that there are no obstacles on the running side of the tunnel and within 400mm above the tunnel entrance. If there are obstacles, they should be resolved through consultation.

1. Assemble the door body

A. The door body is composed of five 10cm polyurethane door panels (each door has a corresponding mark). Put them together on a soft platform to avoid scratching the surface of the door body.

B. Find the corresponding door trim (1 for 100-01 type material and 3 for 100-02 type material for each door), and fasten it around the assembled door panel (see installation drawing), pay attention to The heavy pulley wheels are bolted to the door edge material on the top of the door body (two heavy pulleys per door), and the surroundings are riveted and fixed, and the riveting distance is 25cm.

C. Use argon arc welding to fix the edge material around the door body, then buckle the wrap angle around the door body, and fix it by riveting (Each door has four wrap angles, three types, see the picture on the right.)

D. Put the sealant strip into the door edge material around the door body, paying attention to be firm.

E. Fix the 75 lower rail to the bottom of the door (see installation diagram).

Acceptance criteria: The five door panels of the door body should be tightly joined together, and the gap in the middle should be filled with glass glue.

The order of the edge materials around the door body must be correct, and the four-corner argon arc welding and electric welding must be beautiful and strong.

The order of wrapping angles around the door body should be correct.

2. Install the upper support part

A. Fix the pendant to the wall (civil construction: connect with expansion bolt. Steel structure: fix with welding)

Pass the slideway into the hanger and connect it with the hanger.

Note: Pay attention to the distance between the slideway and the opening to ensure a good seal under the door after it is lifted.

The slideway is 9m for each gate, which needs to be processed and connected.

Acceptance criteria: Whether the pendant is firmly fixed.

Whether the hanger and the slideway are firmly fixed.

3. Install the door body

A. Pass the heavy pulley on the door into the slide from the side.

B. Adjust the horizontal distance between the hanging parts and the wall to ensure that the door has a good seal.

C. Put the lower 75 guide wheel into the lower 75 guide rail and fix it at 10cm on both sides of the hole.

D. Manually run the door and check if there is any obstruction.

E. Install the mechanical limit on both sides of the slide.

Note: Measure the distance between the slideway and the ground, and adjust the distance between the heavy pulley and the door appropriately to ensure the level of the door and the sealing effect between the door and the ground.

Acceptance standard: door body guarantee level.
