First, move the mechanism to confirm its open and closed positions; then, identify the exact location of the limit switches and set the limit positions accordingly. The suspension device should stop once it contacts the rubber pads of the limit switches. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the securing assembly bolts, ensuring that all components are firmly secured.
4 The height and clearance adjustment of the door leaf should be performed by first loosening the fixing bracket nuts slightly, then tightening the adjusting screws. The purpose of locking the bracket is to eliminate any resistance during movement and ensure that there is no weight stagnation or friction during the sliding process. If any issues arise, please verify whether the hook is vertically aligned with the door and whether the suspension device is rubbing against the power beam. Also, check whether there is any friction between the door leaf and the door frame, and ensure that the moving sash maintains an appropriate clearance from the floor. 10mm ; The gap between the moving fan and the fixed fan is 5mm。
5 Pay attention to adjusting the belt tension. To ensure proper belt tension, the tensioner and pulley assembly should be pulled toward the left side.
