Product Description
MEDICAL GAS-TIGHT DOOR Medical gas-tight door
Available in single-leaf and double-leaf designs. The door body features a high-strength aluminum alloy frame, manufactured using polyurethane foam injection molding. The exterior finish can be either 304 brushed stainless steel or steel plates (with a variety of color-coated options available). The perimeter of the door body is fitted with specialized, air-tight sealing strips. The door is equipped with a flat, rounded-corner viewing window and comes with either concealed or externally mounted, easy-to-use handles. In the event of a power failure, the automatic door can be manually opened by pulling on the handle. The power beam is made of high-strength aluminum alloy rails, which feature specially designed grooves at corresponding positions. When the door leaf moves into these grooves, the controller’s force, combined with the door’s own weight, ensures that the door tightly seals around its perimeter. Additionally, rubber strips on the sides and a flat rubber strip at the bottom ensure a secure seal against both the door frame and the floor, meeting the stringent air-tightness requirements for such doors. The product is also equipped with safety light beams, foot switches, and a “Surgery in Progress” indicator. It is widely suitable for use in high-purity environments such as operating rooms and pharmaceutical manufacturing workshops.
